Service Description

This service includes reiki energy healing combined with IFS therapy. During this session, you can expect a 15-30 minute consultation where we discuss any specific areas or issues you would like to address. Then, you will lay on the massage table while we go through relaxation exercises and begin the reiki healing. Reiki uses life force energy (chi) in order to heal areas of your body that are carrying stuck or depleted energy, in order to help restore your connection to your highest self.
