Please note that the price listed with this service is my out-of-pocket rate, but I currently accept most insurances - reach out to me to verify whether or not I take your insurance. Talk therapy for adults does not involve reiki or hypnotherapy. We will utilize IFS, ACT therapy, DBT, and mindfulness in order to map out your inner dynamics, identify the negative patterns, and work on unburdening the parts of you carrying old wounds and maladaptive beliefs.
