My name is Julia Papesch, and it's an honor to help guide clients toward inner peace. I offer multiple different services for both adults and children. For adults and teens, I use a unique blend of reiki energy healing and parts work (IFS therapy), and hypnotherapy. For kids, I implement their unique interests and creativity in order to make therapy fun, while also using evidence-based practices such as ACT therapy, CBT, DBT, and play therapy. As a certified SAP, I also offer an additional service of SAP evaluations for Department of Transportation clients.

Through my own healing journey, I've come to the conclusion that true healing goes deep, into the subconscious mind, body, and true essence of self, or your soul. I believe that the occurrence of mental health symptoms is simply an indication that we haven't fully healed our inner wounds yet.
