Steps for the DOT return-to-duty SAP process
1. Contact me through the form below to schedule virtual comprehensive assessment
2. Referral will be generated for education or treatment
3. Letter will be written for your employer
4. Once the education or treatment is complete, contact me to schedule follow-up assessment
5. If your progress is satisfactory, your employer will be notified and you will complete return-to-duty drug/alcohol screening
